SCOPE AND INTENT

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Elite Sauna Supply website at www.elitesaunasupply.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers in the U.S. may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Return:

  • Unused & Undamaged: The item must be unused, in original condition, and free from damage.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


RETURN PROCESS

2. Return Authorization

  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

3. Prepare the Return

  • Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.

  • Include the RMA form and any accessories, manuals, or promotional items.

4. Ship the Item

  • Use a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return authorization.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Company Responsibility: We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect products or orders damaged in transit.


RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS

Change of Mind

  • Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • We will issue a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Incorrect Item Received

  • Notify us immediately.

  • We will cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Cancel anytime for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Please follow our return process upon delivery.


EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to order or customized per your specifications.


REFUNDS

Refund Approval

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved or denied.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timing

  • Once approved, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 3 days after receiving return authorization


EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or errors are covered by us.

  • For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
