How much does a sauna cost?
Our sauna collections range from $2,900–$7,000+ depending on the model, size, features, and wood type. We carry both premium and entry-level options.
What warranties are included?
Warranties vary by brand. Most offer 3–5 years on electronics and parts, and up to a lifetime warranty on the wood. Specific warranty details are listed on each product page.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the continental U.S. on most sauna models. Remote areas and international orders may incur an added freight charge — contact us for details.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order is placed. Some premium or custom models may require additional time. Brand-specific timelines vary and are listed on product pages.

We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
Sauna Assembly & Installation
Is assembly difficult?
Most saunas come in pre-cut panels and assemble in 1–3 hours with two people. Basic tools are required. (Video available — add YouTube link)
Do I need an electrician?
Yes — traditional saunas and some infrared models require a 220V hardwired connection and should be installed by a licensed electrician.
Can I put the sauna outdoors?
Yes! Our outdoor saunas are weather-ready and built to withstand rain, snow, and sun. Be sure to install on a solid, level surface like a deck or concrete pad.
How do I maintain the sauna?
Wipe down after use, ventilate regularly, and clean wood with sauna-safe products monthly. (Video or guide recommended — add Sauna Maintenance PDF or video)
Indoor & Infrared Saunas
Can I place it on carpet?
No. We recommend placing saunas on concrete, tile, vinyl, or other hard surfaces. Carpet can trap moisture and void warranty.
Can I install an indoor sauna outside?
No — indoor saunas are not built to withstand outdoor temperatures, moisture, or wind exposure. Only use outdoor-rated models outdoors.
Do I need extra ventilation?
No external ventilation is needed. Leave a few inches of space around your sauna for air circulation and you’re good to go.
Do you offer a floor kit upgrade?
Some saunas allow for a floor kit upgrade if your existing floor isn't compatible. Check product pages or reach out to our team for recommendations.
What’s the difference between infrared and traditional?
Infrared heats your body directly using radiant waves, while traditional heats the air around you. Infrared is gentler but equally effective at promoting sweat and detox.
Do you have an energy calculator?
Yes — we offer a simple calculator to estimate your sauna's monthly energy usage based on your local electricity rate and sauna size. (Add calculator link)
Barrel, Pod, & Specialty Saunas
Can a barrel sauna handle snow and rain?
Yes — our outdoor saunas are weather-tested and durable. Some even include optional shingles or bevel siding for added protection.
Can I pour water on the rocks in my sauna?
Yes — traditional heaters are designed for ladling water onto the rocks to create steam (a "wet sauna"). This is safe and encouraged unless your heater states otherwise.
Can I upgrade to a wood-burning heater?
Yes — several models offer wood stove upgrade options. Review the product description or contact us to confirm compatibility.
Do I need to waterproof my pod sauna?
Yes, to maximize lifespan. Adding shingles or bevel siding makes the pod sauna watertight and improves durability, especially in rainy or snowy climates.
Heaters & Power
How hot do your saunas get?
Traditional saunas reach up to 195°F. Infrared models typically range from 120°F to 150°F. Either style delivers deep, therapeutic heat.
How long does it take to heat up?
Traditional electric and wood-burning saunas take 30–45 minutes to reach full temp. Infrared saunas heat in as little as 10–15 minutes.
Do you sell wood-burning heaters?
Yes — many of our outdoor saunas can be upgraded with wood-burning stoves. Check individual product pages or ask our team.
Do I need special wood for a wood-burning sauna?
No. Standard seasoned hardwoods like oak, birch, or maple work great. Avoid treated or painted wood.
Are chimney kits included?
Chimney kits are typically sold separately unless otherwise noted. Always check your product description or ask our support team.
Do heaters come with warranties?
Yes — most electric and wood heaters include warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on brand.
