Shipping Policy

At Elite Sauna Supply, we want your experience from order to delivery to be smooth and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska. Here's the full list of states we serve:

Shipping Cost

Domestic shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout — no hidden fees, ever.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your local government. Those charges are the customer's responsibility. International flat rate shipping is $2,000.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Place your order before 5:00 PM CST and we'll begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Standard: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International orders ship via DHL and FedEx International. All orders are fully insured against loss or damage.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number, carrier name, and a direct link to track your package. Just enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see your estimated delivery date. Questions? Reach out to our team anytime.

Delivery Issues

Delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@elitesaunasupply.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost packages: First double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors or building management. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll work it out together.

Damaged items: Take photos of the damaged packaging and item, then contact us within 3 days at support@elitesaunasupply.com. We'll get it resolved.

Missing Items

If something's missing from your order, let us know within 3 days of delivery. Have your order number ready and we'll investigate and send the missing item or issue a refund promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we'll contact you to confirm the right details. Additional shipping costs to resend will apply, or we can process a refund minus the original shipping fee.

International Customs & Duties

International shipments may go through customs clearance which can sometimes cause delays. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in your order total — these are the buyer's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more information.
