Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Elite Sauna Supply ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All product and service prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes & Fees: Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • ACH/EFT bank transfers (if applicable)

3. Invoicing

  • Invoice Issuance: Invoices are issued electronically upon order completion.

  • Delivery Method: Invoices are sent via email to the billing address provided.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure billing details are accurate and kept up to date.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest Charges

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, will be applied to the outstanding balance.

4.2 Suspension of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

  • Services will be reinstated upon receipt of full payment, including any accrued late fees.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Notice Period: You must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date to dispute a charge.

  • How to Dispute: Email your dispute to support@elitesaunasupply.com, including the invoice number and explanation.

  • Resolution: We will promptly review and address the issue.

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Policy Reference: Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges.

  • Tax Exemption: If you qualify for tax exemption, you must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: We will promptly correct any discovered billing errors.

  • Overcharges: If overcharged, we will refund or credit the difference.

  • Undercharges: If undercharged, you agree to remit the balance upon receipt of an updated invoice.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal

  • Unless canceled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

  • We may send a courtesy reminder email prior to renewal.

9.2 Cancellation

  • To cancel a subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Services will continue through the end of the paid term.

10. Payment Security

  • All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption.

  • We comply with industry-standard data protection protocols and never store full payment card information.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Changes take effect upon posting the updated Terms on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • No Indirect Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to billing or payments.

  • Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 30 days preceding the issue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in courts located within Texas.

15. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the full agreement between you and Elite Sauna Supply regarding billing and supersede any prior agreements.
