These HUUM rounded granite sauna stones compliment the artful design of any HUUM sauna heater and are selected for their ability to stand up to extreme heat variations. Throwing water on the stones is how you regulate heat and steam in the sauna. These rounded olivinie stones are durable and have high heat capacity and resist fracturing.
The shape, size and composition of the stones and the way they are arranged make all the difference. We recommend rounded stones because they provide a milder steam. Thanks to the rounded shape the water can reach inner layers of stones and evaporate gradually instead of evaporating all at once from the top layer. Since they are very visible in HUUM heaters, you need both smaller and bigger stones to avoid big noticeable gaps. We also suggest laying smaller stones and more close together on the top to accumulate the heat better.

Cancellations are allowed before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed. It is recommended to contact our team immediately for assistance.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Most items are shipped via Ground or LTL freight, depending on the product size and weight. Sauna barrels and cabins include shipping or use a flat rate within the contiguous 48 states. For other items, actual shipping rates apply based on location. In hard-to-reach areas, a shipping premium may apply. Stones ship separately and incur $25 to $50 per box in shipping fees. Enhanced packaging is used for all shipments to reduce damage in transit. Customers may refuse delivery if damage is visible, or sign “Subject to concealed damage.”
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new and uninstalled items. Customers must request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting Customer Service. If the return is due to shipping damage or an error on Bathing Brands’ part, return shipping will be covered. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A boxing fee may apply ($20 to $50 depending on the item). If the item is damaged upon return, the customer will need to file a claim with the shipper.

Applicability: Warranty applies only if the product is installed per the provided instructions, properly maintained, and hasn’t been subjected to damage, misuse, or abuse.
Registration: You must complete and mail the Limited Warranty Registration form (included with your unit) to Bathing Brands within 60 days of installation. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
Duration of Coverage:
PARTS
- Residential: 5 years from date of original installation.
- Commercial (clubs, condos, apartments, spas, military): 1 year from date of original installation.
- Brand exceptions: Huum products carry only a 90-day parts warranty.
LABOR
- Residential (U.S., non-commercial): 2 years of local labor coverage, plus an additional 3 years of factory labor if the product is returned to Bathing Brands.
- Commercial (U.S.): 1 year of factory labor (upon return) for defective parts; parts remain covered for 1 year.
Authorized Warranty Work: All warranty repairs must be (1) authorized by Bathing Brands before work begins and (2) performed by an authorized World Sauna Group representative. Any parts or labor performed without prior authorization won’t be covered.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any parts, you must obtain an RMA from Bathing Brands. Parts returned without an RMA may be refused replacement or repair.
