Orders can be canceled within 14 days of entry without penalty. After 14 days, a $65 cancellation fee applies. Orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of the shipping date. For Canadian Timber Collection items, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours with a $65 fee.
Products are delivered in large crates ranging from 6 to 14 feet long and weighing between 800 to 1600 pounds. Customers are responsible for unloading. If the crate is under 92 inches, a liftgate may be available. For crates longer than 92 inches, options include using a forklift with extensions, a tilt tow truck, or trailer pickup from the terminal.
If the shipping address is changed after the order leaves the factory, a $250 fee applies. Optional tilt tow truck service is available for $750. Storage fees may be added if there is a delay in scheduling delivery.
Returns are not generally accepted due to high return costs. If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval by Leisurecraft.

5-Year Residential Limited Warranty: All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. (“LeisureCraft”) are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no charge. Note that replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period. This warranty covers parts only; service, labor, and installation costs are excluded.
