Golden Designs Sauna Delivery Process
Your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within the next two business days, and from there it takes roughly 5–7 business days for shipping. We will email you a tracking number once available. If you notice any strange activity on the tracking, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will look into any issues. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday–Friday with a 4‑hour open window. They won’t deliver without speaking to you first.
Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s.
Please note if the carrier is R+L Carrier, they will deliver without an appointment. They will notify the morning of delivery via Email and Text.
The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1–2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53‑foot semi‑truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.
Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Please refuse the delivery if you see any softball‑sized holes in the packaging (likely damage caused by forklifts).

How do I register my sauna's 5‑year warranty?
You can register your sauna's 5‑year warranty by submitting the information on our website at goldendesigninc.com/warranty. Proof of purchase can either be the order confirmation email from us or the delivery receipt from when you receive your sauna. Serial number (S/N) is located either on a sticker on the sauna’s front panel, a plaque on the rear panel, or on the carton. We ask that you submit the information within 60 days of purchase date along with proof of purchase.
Is assembly of the sauna difficult?
Your sauna will include a user manual which will illustrate assembly of your sauna. Average assembly time, for two adults, is about 1 hour. If you have any questions or require assistance with assembly of the sauna, please contact us at (737) 377‑2909.
Where will the power supply and power cord be located on the sauna?
The power supply/control box is located on the roof of the sauna. The power cord is approximately 10 feet in length and comes from the power supply box on the roof. The power cord can travel from the roof and down either side of the sauna room or down the rear wall panel.
